John has amassed a wealth of experience in senior executive roles. His leadership has consistently driven year-after-year success in achieving strategic growth, client retention, and profitability. In his most recent role as Chief Operating Officer and Region President at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice, John led operations and development for North America’s largest manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice products. His operational excellence and growth initiatives drove significant revenue increases and improved distribution efficiency. Prior experiences include U.S. Security Associates and C&S Wholesale Grocers. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, with a focus on management and marketing.
