As CoolSys’ General Counsel, Zachary (Zack) Raimi oversees CoolSys’ legal matters and helps the company achieve its strategic goals while managing legal risk. Zack brings extensive experience in many areas of law, including M&A, contracts, corporate law, litigation, employment law, data privacy, compliance and numerous other subjects.
Prior to joining CoolSys, Zack served as the General Counsel, Americas for HH Global, an international marketing services company, where he helped lead the company through significant growth while advising on legal, regulatory and employee matters. Before HH Global, Zack worked at Allstate Insurance Company, where he provided proactive counsel to HR and business leaders on a range of issues. Earlier in his career, Zack was an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office and practiced law at Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey.
Zack holds a law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. Zack is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
