Fred Stockert - General Manager, California Region

Fred Stockert – General Manager, California Region

Fred worked for Source for 11 years working his way up to Regional Director, California Service. After 2 years at another company, Fred returned to Source in 2016 and is now General Manager, California. Fred earned a BS in Organizational Leadership from National University and is also certified in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and as a Lean Facilitator.

Steve Cook - General Manager, Mountain Region

Steve Cook – General Manager, Mountain Region

Steve is SVP, General Manager Mountain Region. He has been with Source for 30 years holding various positions including VP Service and Regional Director.

Terry Mimnaugh - General Manager, Southeast Region

Terry Mimnaugh – General Manager, Southeast Region

Terry joined Source as our Southeast General Manager in October 2016. Terry is a 30 year HVAC industry professional with a wide variety of experiences. His career has included 19 years with Carrier Corporation, a division of United Technologies in ever increasing roles in multiple locations, 4 years as President of EMCOR Services Aircond, 1 year as VP of Service for IES Corp and 5 years at Johnson Controls in multiple leadership roles. Terry holds a BA of Accounting from Mercy College, and a MBA from Pace University, both in New York.

Rick Kwiatkowski General Manager

Rick Kwiatkowski – General Manager

Rick joined Service Refrigeration in 2015 as the General Manager. His background spans over 30 years in field service businesses including positions of CFO, COO and VP of Sales and Marketing. He has a strong service and parts experience specializing in reducing unscheduled downtime for customers. Rick has lived in Texas for 12 years, most recently moving to Houston from Phoenix to join Service Refrigeration. He is a graduate of the University of New Mexico.

Corey Kastama - Director of Northwest Service Operations, Source

Corey Kastama – Director of Northwest Service Operations, Source

Corey is the Director of Northwest Service Operations. His career with Source in the commercial refrigeration market spans over 21 years. During his long career with Source, Corey has served in a variety of roles: Field Technician, Team Leader, Service Manager, and Regional Director. In his current role as Director of Northwest Service Operations, he directs strategy and execution for service operations in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. Corey also holds certification as Source’s Electrical Administrator for the state of Washington and is assigned as the company’s Journeyman Mechanic for the city of Seattle.

Matt Burris - Regional Director of Installation

Matt Burris – Regional Director of Installation

Matt is responsible for installation for the Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana regions. His responsibilities include working with sales to acquire projects, oversee execution, full financial ownership, and full employee ownership along with direction setting, planning and developing the installation business for the future.

Matt’s background includes over 40 years in construction in three industries; communication, building automation, and refrigeration. He has held the titles of technician (ITT Siemens), Service Manager (ITT, Siemens), Project Manager (Siemens) and Operations Manager (Siemens) and is a certified Project Manager (PMP) through PMI (Project Management Institute).

Korey Louder – Intermountain Regional Construction Manager, Source

Korey is the Intermountain Regional Construction Manager for Source. He began his 25+ year career at Source shortly after graduating from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Corey started his career as an apprentice, gradually working his way up through the field ranks. He was promoted to Traveling Foreman, where Corey gained valuable experience living and working in a variety of markets. In 2006, Corey took a break from life on the road. He was promoted to Construction Manager for the Denver market. After 11 successful years performing as a Construction Manager, Corey was promoted to his current position, Intermountain Regional Construction Manager.

Mark Rotner - Director of SoCal Field Operations, Source

Mark Rotner – Director of SoCal Field Operations, Source

Mark is the Director of Southern California Field Operations. His career in the commercial refrigeration market spans over 20 years. Mark started his career here at Source in 1998 and left in 2014 after holding numerous roles as he moved up the organization from Field Technician, Energy Manager, National Trainer, to Regional Director. Before returning to Source in 2018, Mark held roles at Hill Phoenix as a National Energy Manager for the U.S. & Canada, Sprouts Markets as a Maintenance Manager, and Sprouts Markets National Energy Manager. Mark’s vast experience from a technician to management, on the contractor and customer side, provides a unique perspective and value rarely found. We are honored to have him on the team.
