This Electronic Signature Agreement (this “Agreement”) applies to all communications, agreements, documents, acknowledgements, disclosures, contracts, forms, information, and instructions (collectively, “Communications”) and electronic signatures provided or accessible through this online system for all CoolSys employment applicants and employees.
Agreement to Receive Communications Electronically:
You agree to receive all Communications associated with any employment application or employment available through this online system through electronic means including this web-based electronic interface and email. You also agree that you have adequate access to a computer or device with sufficient internet connectivity to access these Communications.
Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures:
You specifically agree that any electronic signatures that you provide through this online system are valid and enforceable as your legal signature. You acknowledge that these electronic signatures will legally bind you to the terms and conditions contained in the related documents just as if you had physically signed the same documents with a pen.
Withdrawing Your Consent:
You may withdraw your consent to this Agreement and electronic signature at any time. You acknowledge that you are aware this action may delay the processing of your Communications. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you will contact the CoolSys Human Resources department at hr@coolsys.com.
Availability of Printed Copies:
You may obtain printed copies of any of the Communications by signing into your account, downloading the documents and printing them from your computer or device or by contacting the CoolSys Human Resources department at hr@coolsys.com and requesting copies.
Hardware and Software Requirements:
To access and retain the Communications, you must have access to the Internet. You are responsible for installation, maintenance, and operation of your computer, browser and software. CoolSys is not responsible for errors or failures due to any malfunction of your computer, browser or software. CoolSys is also not responsible for computer viruses or related problems associated with use of this online system. You agree that you have access to the Internet, an email account capable of receiving Communications, and access to a valid phone number to receive SMS/text messages or audio codes for two-factor authentication. You must also have the necessary minimum hardware, software, and operating systems, as well as access to a web browser capable of supporting 128-bit, SSL encrypted communications.
