Beginning May 1, 2023, all previously acquired CoolSys companies will standardize our Federal Employee Identification Numbers (FEIN) under CoolSys Commercial & Industrial Solutions, Inc.
What you need to know
- This change will not affect your contract terms, call center operations, or any points of contact.
- Customers must update our W9 with the new FEIN (Tax ID number). You can access the W-9 associated with the CoolSys brand you do business with below.
