The CoolSys Brand Grows Stronger

Last month, we celebrated the official rebranding of Source and Service Refrigeration (SRC) to CoolSys! To commemorate this milestone, we sent all employees a CoolSys-branded cooler bag and a chance to win one of 12 golden tickets worth $100 each!

We have so much to celebrate. A united CoolSys brand opens up tremendous opportunities for employees as we work together to improve the customer experience by providing a seamless, end-to-end solution for all our customers’ HVACR, engineering, installation, service and maintenance, and energy optimization needs.
And, we are off to a great start. So far, our rebranding initiative has been met by excitement from our employees, customers and suppliers. They see the benefits of our “One CoolSys” vision and look forward to the growth that comes with our stronger, unified brand.
Stage Two: What’s Next?
We are already gearing up for the next stage with Legacy, Agape, CRM and Ron’s slated to transition to the CoolSys brand starting in May of this year. Also scheduled for May, is the launch of our new website that pays tribute to the legacy companies that have made CoolSys who we are today.
As we acquire new businesses, we will maintain their brand for 12-18 months as they, their employees and their customers get used to being part of the CoolSys family. Then, they will also begin the transition to the CoolSys brand.
While there will be changes to our logo and brand, please rest assured that you will continue to be valued for your contributions and we’ll still have the same hard-working local teams serving our customers.
On a corporate level, with input from our operating brands, we are working together to ensure a smooth transition and keep all our stakeholders — including employees — in the know about the upcoming changes. A comprehensive communication plan is underway and we’ll be notifying Legacy, Agape, CRM and Ron’s customers and suppliers with particulars prior to their May rebranding. Legacy, Agape, CRM, and Ron’s employees also should be on the lookout for additional information in the coming weeks.
