I talked to Adam for two hours on the phone one evening. It’s reassuring to know that I can continue doing what I’m doing for a long time,” adds Joe.
About the transition
Since joining CoolSys, Joe reports more sales opportunities and he enjoys the collaboration with other leaders at CoolSys. “I’ve gotten leads I would have never gotten before and I’m able to bounce ideas off of other guys like me – it makes you feel like you’re doing the right thing,” says Joe. “Everything they told me, is what I was hoping it would be. They warned us that the reporting would be different — and it is — but it’s just a learning curve.”
