Through our Value Coin Program, all employees can earn performance bonuses, like cash and extra vacation days, by being recognized for excellence, integrity, commitment, a positive attitude in the workplace, and now, for technical expertise. Last year, we awarded 161 value coins in a program that now represents all employees in the CoolSys family.
Our New Value Coin

CoolSys employees can earn a Technical Expertise value coin by demonstrating elite levels of performance and by using their unique knowledge to complete tasks in a practical way, while sharing their knowledge with others through mentorship.
