We Won’t Be Stepping on Any Toes
As we move on to Step 4 of the acquisition process, it’s good to look at how far we’ve come. We’ve become acquainted with your business, looked carefully at the financials and made a fair offer that’s consistent with your ambitions. Your response: “Yes, let’s do this.”
We’re now on to Step 4. While we wait for the deal to close, we take the time to look at the overall operations of your company. Our team and third-party partners do this behind the scenes and stay out of your way as you conduct your regular business functions.
We use our time before the official close to take a careful and considerate look at what is working, as well as areas to optimize. We realize you don’t need us to turn your business into a success; however, we also know that all businesses can be improved.
Mapping the Way to the Future is What Our Partnership Is All About
Our goal is to take an unbiased look at what operations, improvements or tweaks are needed to move your business forward, just as we outlined in our Letter of Intent. We know that statistically about 50% of small business do not have a marketing plan or a mobile optimized web site. Almost 60% of small business leaders have difficulty implementing and rolling out new technologies. And, only 45% use Customer Relations Management (CRM) tools. These are just some of the pain points we review.
