Recruiting During the COVID-19 Crisis

You may be surprised to hear that CoolSys is still recruiting for the future. Why? We believe that the worst of this crisis is temporary, that our furloughed employees will come back to work soon, and that we’ll once again need to expand our workforce—especially with HVAC-R technicians. That’s why we are preparing now for the recovery.
With our busy season just around the corner, we need to be ready to respond to the increase in workload that will inevitably come this summer. We are also confident that there will be a surge in demand for installation manpower when the COVID crisis is over. So, yes, we are recruiting and looking to provide employment for some of those workers who have been displaced because of COVID-19.
