A Note from Anesa – February 2022
Last month, I wrote about Change and how Change Is the Only Constant. You will have noticed that I have made several recent changes at the executive level and while that is Change, it’s not what I mean when I refer to Change. I’ve brought in talent that “knows what good looks like” from other companies that I believe can help CoolSys become an even better company.
For me, embracing Change is about being open to new ways of doing things, to being open to new ideas and to challenge the status quo. It also means that we have each other’s backs and we are helping one another as we execute our values of SERVICE: Success, Execution, Results, Voice, Integrity, Collaboration and Exceed.
CoolSys is made up of many incredibly talented individuals with many strong skills and experiences and I would like for us to truly become One Team and harness that capability to take what I consider a really good company and make it great.
Over the course of the next few weeks, we will finalize and communicate the budget, share how we intend to improve the way we work together and provide clarity on delegation of authority. We want to ensure that we are supporting our field teams and enabling them to focus on serving our customers and improving the profitability of CoolSys.
I’ve said all along that everyone hates Change, but the Changes that I am making are very intentional to help us take CoolSys to the next level and improve our financial performance and build a performance driven culture second to none in the industry.
