CoolSys Mission, Vision and Values
Going forward, CoolSys will align our team and organization around our Mission, Vision, and Values
During my first two months, I have spent time learning the different aspects of what makes CoolSys the company it is today. I have traveled to many different locations and I have met a number of very capable and committed employees. I will continue to visit with various teams throughout the country and will be listening and learning as I continue to come up to speed on the business.
One area that I identified early on was the need to clearly define the culture of CoolSys for our employees, our customers, and our stakeholders. Our Mission, Vision, and Values will guide us in everything that we do to serve our customers and define the way we will work.
Our mission defines why we exist, our vision is what we strive to become, and our values define who we are as an organization and how we will work together as One Team.
