Your VOICE is powerful and important. It can help to keep your team safe. It can encourage coworkers to grow and excel in their career. And it can help to create a better workplace for all of us. That’s why “Voice” is a part of our SERVICE values — Safety, Execution, Results, Voice, Integrity, Collaboration and Exceed.
When you use your voice, you make a difference. Thanks to your feedback, for example, we relaunched and improved our very popular training programs, with in-person and online training, and created mentorship opportunities. Your input also resulted in lower-cost medical benefits, a new recognition program and an enhanced 401(k) program. We’re listening to what you have to say.
Speaking Up for Safety
“If you see something, say something.” You’ve probably heard that phrase before and it has multiple meanings. At CoolSys, it means that we emphasize looking out for one another. So, whether it’s a safety issue, questionable workplace behavior or any other serious concern, it’s essential that you speak up.
There are several ways that you can do this. You can always speak with your direct supervisor, manager or HR business partner; every leader at CoolSys has an open-door policy. But if you feel uncomfortable speaking directly about an issue, we encourage you to take advantage of our 24/7, confidential Ethics and Compliance Hotline. There are three ways to access this hotline:

Your Voice Matters
You are encouraged to speak up for more than just safety issues, though. We love seeing the shoutouts to colleagues, coworkers and leaders who are doing a great job and making an impact. We greatly appreciate all of your helpful ideas and suggestions about how we can make CoolSys a better, safer and more inclusive place to work. We also receive great feedback from our monthly manager meetings and quarterly town halls; when you attend one of these meetings, don’t hesitate to speak up.

As we look forward to 2023, you’ll have additional opportunities to use your voice as we start our performance management cycle, launch an exciting new employee recognition program and conduct our employee engagement survey.
