Anesa’s Employee Memorandum – June 22
Team CoolSys,
This month, I would like to highlight the power of One Team. We have amazing employees throughout the entire company. Some have been with CoolSys for 1, 5, 10, 20, 30 or 40+ years, while others have become a part of the CoolSys family due to being acquired. Everyone that I have met so far all have fantastic work ethics and care tremendously about servicing to meet or EXCEED our customers’ expectations with excellence.
As a company, we are a compilation of many different companies and many different cultures. CoolSys is a strong resilient company, we have great people and we have customers that truly value what we offer in the marketplace. Imagine what it would be like if we all worked together, knocked down the barriers and truly started to work together to find new ways to solve customer problems. One Team means we embrace COLLABORATION, have each other’s backs, we want to win TOGETHER and not have competing priorities.
One Team means we need to put aside our differences of business models, processes, systems, offerings, etc. We need to find a way to provide coverage for another part of our business if they need help to serve our customers. We need to transfer a customer that calls the wrong number within the organization to the right team within the company. We need to allow employees to develop and grow outside of their current business unit by taking another role within CoolSys. In order to take CoolSys to the next level, we must become One Team. We must collaborate. We must embrace CHANGE. We must get past our differences and find common ground so we can truly become One Team.
