In a season when thoughts naturally turn toward gratitude, I want to start by saying how thankful we are — as an organization and individually — to serve with the incredibly talented, caring and customer-focused team we have at CoolSys. Every day, in locations all around the country, you represent our company and our brand with integrity and professionalism. Thank you for being so good and for being a part of CoolSys!
Because of your hard work, we can be proud of the significant progress we have made as an organization in 2022. We have endured a lot of CHANGE to become a better company and deliver on our financial results. Although the year is not over, we have already exceeded last year’s results. The third element of our SERVICE values — Success, Execution, Results, Voice, Integrity, Collaboration and Exceed — matter because results drive the business decisions we make. Delivering on our financial commitments means we must meet or exceed our annual goals, and they validate that we are on the right path and reinforce our strategy as a company.
Working together as One Team, we are achieving targeted wins and delivering solid results throughout CoolSys — from one end of the country to the other. We could not do this without each of you.
