Greetings to everyone in the land of CoolSys! The name’s Coffey — Adam Coffey.
In this month’s edition of CoolTimes I wanted to take a few minutes to talk about our annual leadership meeting that took place a few weeks ago in Huntington Beach, CA where around 80 of our top leaders descended to spend three adventure packed days focused on the future of CoolSys. We came as 10 tribes and left as one CoolSys! It was a powerful experience to watch our employees really get to know one another.
At this year’s meeting, we were shaken’ things up (not stirred) with a James Bond inspired theme from the 1980’s movie called “A View to a Kill” only for our purposes it was “A View to a Bill” (since CoolSys is on its way to a billion dollars in revenue!). And in true James Bond fashion, I even made a grand entrance complete with a jet and sports car and had fun playing the part with a tux and props for my secret agent state of the company speech.
