Email Migration Delivers Convenience & Collaboration

Over the last several months, we’ve been providing you with regular updates on our rebranding plans. Legacy and Arjae are officially slated to change their names in January 2021. And, while Agape and BAS have had to pause their rebranding slightly due to unforeseen delays, they plan on rebranding in April. We know that there has been a lot of work behind the scenes to make the changeover as seamless as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the shift in timelines. We thank all of you who are involved for helping make this initiative a success!

One very exciting benefit of coming together as one CoolSys is the opportunity to migrate all our operating companies to a single CoolSys email system. Already, most of our operating companies have been fully onboarded to the CoolSys Office 365 email platform. The remaining three – ABC, BRR and Richmond — will be on board by the end of this month.

Connect & Collaborate Quickly

This means everyone in the company can now easily connect, regardless of location or division. You’ll no longer have to track down contact information for people who work in a different office. In addition, you’ll have access to one centralized company directory; you can simply search by name, title, department or division to find who you are looking for.

Since many people on our team are working from home during the pandemic, the CoolSys Office365 platform with Teams and OneDrive enables you to have those “water cooler moments” to instantly chat with other team members via instant messaging, document sharing and video calls. Business owners can even create working groups for specific projects or collaborative team initiatives.

Single-Sign-in Convenience

Plus, with a streamlined single sign-in, you only need to remember one username and password to access your CoolSys email and all of the most popular company applications, such as:

• ADP – payroll information
• Sage – HR information
• Kronos – time management
• Litmos – employee training
• Benefits – CoolSys benefits site
• Form I9 – hiring
• Smartsheet Site – productivity tool
• Ring Central – phone system/meetings

Email Forwarding Made Easy

Don’t worry — Once you’ve been switched over to CoolSys email, your old email address will automatically forward to your CoolSys Email, so your contacts won’t have any trouble reaching you.
