CoolSys IT Team Is Hard at Work on System Improvements
The CoolSys IT department is working on several projects that impact all of us, so we wanted to share more information about our work and provide a sneak peek into what’s coming.
The conversion of the sourcerefrigeration.com email address to coolsys.com has been completed. The new address has been enabled for CoolSys employees across all divisions. However, the transition for Arjae, BAS, BRR and RSI has been temporarily halted due.
Network stability and performance are a critical part of our infrastructure, and the team has been working hard to improve that area. We have completed branch network upgrades for Source, CRM, Agape and Arjae, and work is in progress for Ron’s and Legacy.
With most office staff now working remotely, our communication network is more important than ever. We have begun the deployment of the RingCentral phone system, which has been rolled out for the Brea and Fullerton offices and will be coming soon to other areas of the organization. Watch for notices from the IT helpdesk regarding scheduling and training. Along the same lines, we are upgrading our agent experience for Call Center, Dispatch and Purchasing, with Nice InContact going live in May.
Finally, to improve the IT support experience, we are excited to be implementing our new helpdesk management platform, ServiceNow. We’re completing configuration and testing, and go-live is scheduled for this week. ServiceNow will provide many enhanced features—including a new portal and mobile app—and will enable users to track their requests.
