CoolSys Launches Online Technical Training

We are excited to announce our new online service technician training program that will be available soon for CoolSys Service technicians. In partnership with ECMC Education, CoolSys will take our industry-best technical training program and make it more accessible to service technicians across the US. With our first course scheduled to pilot in late September, we are well on our way to rolling out more classes over the remainder of 2020.
The new online training program will allow us to continue to expand our training initiatives and meet the diverse needs of trainees as we grow, with remote instruction. Technicians will be able to access the online training at their own pace, with each course lasting eight weeks with approximately five hours per week of coursework. While enrolled in online training, experienced CoolSys technicians will serve as Technical Training Coaches to evaluate the progress of each trainee in a hands-on environment with the proper social distancing measures in place during the COVID-19 pandemic. Technical Training Coaches are partnered with technicians in their area to ensure they are completely supported in the training process.
