CoolSys Rolls Out New Payroll System

We are excited to announce that we are in the process of a successful rollout of our new payroll system. As of last week, all of our operating brands are now on the new system with the exception of RSI. RSI is slated to launch July 2, 2020.
With the new payroll system, employees will benefit from self-service portals with online access to pay statements, and the ability to easily update direct deposits and tax elections. Plus, with centralized capabilities all employees throughout the country and in all of our divisions will be on the same system for the first time.
Our chosen payroll provider, ADP, is trusted by half a million businesses and will enable CoolSys to:
- Save Valuable Time by streamlining the payroll process and setting company standards
- Pay Employees Promptly with the flexibility to pay by check, direct deposit or pay card
- Ensure Accuracy of payroll and tax withholdings across multiple states with local knowledge and specific guidance on rules and regulations
Payroll Manager, Victoria Spates, CPP, expertly led the project overseeing set-up configuration, making sure compliance issues where addressed, and acting as a liaison between ADP and the payroll personnel at our operating companies. “Employees should not have had any interruption and are just happy that the paychecks keep coming,” comments Victoria. “The transition went pretty smoothly. There were a few hiccups, which is to be expected with a project like this. But everything should be cleaned up now,” she adds.
