CoolSys’s Brett Wetzel Receives Prestigious HVACR Industry Honor

Congratulations to Brett Wetzel, our new Troubleshooting and Technical Training Manager, for his selection as one of the 2021 Top 40 Under 40 HVACR Professionals! The list is compiled annually by ACHR News, an HVACR trade publication.
“It is easy to forget how many young people are doing truly great things for the industry,” the introduction to the Top 40 article says. “This list highlights some of the best and the brightest coming up in the HVAC industry.”
A Young and Knowledgeable Leader
Brett has been with CoolSys for the past six years, working his way up to Level 7 Service Tech before being chosen to take on the newly created Troubleshooting and Technical Training position. In total, he has more than 18 years of experience in the industry. Brett has also gained international notoriety as co-host of the Advanced Refrigeration Podcast.
ACHR News called Brett “someone who is always looking into building a newer system to run refrigeration systems more efficiently, as well as willing to travel far from home to assist in jobs that have a hard problem to solve. He is constantly learning the new refrigeration programming and usually has a class to teach the other techs how the programming works.” (Read the full article about Brett.)
