Customer Service Celebration

Did you know that last week was National Customer Service Week? National Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. In 1992 the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event, celebrated annually during the first full week in October.
As a whole, we would like to take the time to thank all of our employees who are delivering excellent customer service every day.
In honor of this special week, CoolSys’ rockstar Call Center and Mountain Region Dispatch team really made this celebration their own with daily spirit days.
