Enhanced Employee Referral Program!!
We need your help! Talented employees are the best source of other talented employees. You can help the overall CoolSys effort by referring other technicians you know in HVAC, refrigeration, or related fields. And, you can earn big rewards for referring talented technicians anywhere in the country! That’s right, we’d rather see recruiting dollars go to our own employees than go elsewhere, so we’ve more than doubled the referral reward. Between 6/1/21 and 10/31/21, you can earn:
- $5,000.00 for referring a Service Technician level 3-7 or an Installation Journeyman or Foreman hired and employed for at least 90 days.
- $2,500.00 for referring an Installation Apprentice 2 who is hired and employed for at least 90 days.
- For every 5 referrals, you make you will earn the equivalent of a week’s vacation.
- Top 10 field techs who refer the highest number of new hires will be issued a new company vehicle to drive while employed by a CoolSys company.
