Get Ready for 5 Minutes to Power!

Safety on the job is every employee’s responsibility. At CoolSys, we are so committed to that message and improving safety throughout our company that we will be rolling out three major safety initiatives in 2021. We’re starting with 5 Minutes to Power (5MTP), which debuts on Monday, February 1.
5MTP is a daily safety message that will go out to all employees with a CoolSys email. Here are a few things to note:
- You’ll receive a two- to three-minute safety “commercial” by email each morning, Monday through Friday. Simply click on the link in the email to view the message.
- Spanish subtitles are available for every video.
- After the message, there will be a short quiz — available in English and Spanish — to test your understanding of the message.
- Each daily message is tailored to our industry.
- 5MTP will replace Tailgate Talks effective immediately.
- 5MTP is mandatory for all field operations employees in order to keep safety top of mind. Regional Safety Managers will provide monthly reporting to field leadership.
- All non-field personnel are highly encouraged to view the messages in order to raise safety awareness across the entire company.
