We believe CoolSys employees are the best in the business! And when you’re the best, you know how to spot talent. That’s the idea behind our CoolSys Summer Employee Referral Program.
Now through September 30, 2022, when you refer a new technician or engineering employee who begins work no later than September 30, you’ll earn a referral bonus 90 days after the date of hire. Reward amounts range from $1,000 to $4,000, depending on the position/level of the new employee. You’re free to refer anyone you know, including family and friends. You may also refer former employees who have not worked for CoolSys for the past two years or longer.
Who Can Participate?
All current CoolSys employees are eligible to make referrals and earn rewards — not just technicians and engineers. However, the following exceptions apply: anyone involved in making the hiring decision, including the direct hiring manager; supervisors within the new employee’s department; and any employee who is director level or above.
