It has been a month since the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that people who are fully vaccinated can go without a mask and no longer need to socially distance, indoors or outdoors. During that time, the number of active cases of COVID-19 and deaths have dropped to their lowest in a year in most places in the U.S., and there is growing evidence that vaccines are effective in the real world.
This is all tremendously good news, and we’re reaping the results as we live our daily lives with fewer restrictions. It is important to remember, though, that COVID-19 still exists, and unvaccinated people face the highest risks of complications — and even death — from the virus. That’s why we’re urging everyone in our CoolSys family to get the vaccine if you haven’t done so already.
The CDC has a handy guide to help you find vaccination locations in your area. And if you need a ride to get your shot, Uber and Lyft provide free trips to vaccination centers through July 4.

If you’ve already submitted your proof of vaccination, you’re automatically entered in the drawing. If you haven’t yet participated, here’s how:
- After you’ve been fully vaccinated (both shots of a two-shot vaccine or one shot of a single-shot vaccine), log in to mycoolsysbenefits.com. Use the “Single Sign-On” button to log in with your CoolSys email address and password.
- Click on “Claim your incentive.”
- Select the name of the vaccine you received, enter the date(s) you received it, upload a photo of your vaccine record card then click “Submit.”
- We’ll mail your $25 Visa gift card to your home address within 30 days of your registration.
Stay Covid-Aware
Until you are fully vaccinated, please continue following the CDC’s recommendations, including wearing a mask in most situations, staying at least six feet away from others, and washing your hands often. (You’re considered fully vaccinated two weeks after your final Covid shot.)
