Those who have served our country have a special place at CoolSys.
Earlier this year, we introduced the CoolSys Veterans’ Benefits for which all Coolsys Veterans are eligible. If you’ve been honorably discharged from any branch of the military, you’re eligible for an extra paid day off (available to take between October 1 and November 30) and our Honorary Veteran’s Coin.
We are excited to announce the coins have arrived and are ready to start shipping out to all verified veterans.
How to access this benefit:
- Please make sure HR has a copy of your DD-214 or equivalent document.
- If you have not already submitted your documentation, please do so at HR@coolsys.com.
- You’ll see a “Veterans Day” balance appear on your paycheck stub the week of 9/25. To use, please select the “VET-Veterans” code in your timekeeping system. If you need assistance in your specific timekeeping system, please reach out to your HR representative.”
- Coins will start shipping soon.
