New IT Team Leader Joins CoolSys

Let’s give a hearty CoolSys family welcome to Jamie Williams, our new Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO)! In his role, Jamie will be responsible for developing and executing the overall information technology vision and strategy for CoolSys. This is a very important function at this point in the history of CoolSys, as we look toward using technology to help us continue to develop as a company and extend our nationwide reach.
We are fortunate to have Jamie as the head of our technology team. He’s an experienced, customer-focused leader who is skilled in solving critical business challenges using the latest technology. Jamie’s expertise includes digital transformations, cyber security, cloud technology, enterprise program delivery, big data & analytics and new product development.
Jamie comes to us from Alterra Mountain Company, where he was Chief Information Officer for the outdoor adventure company that operates 15 iconic ski resorts across North America. Previously, he worked for nearly 20 years in telecommunications.
Although he’ll be spending a lot of time with the CoolSys IT team in Brea and with business leaders throughout the company, Jamie will be based in Colorado, where he lives with his family. He enjoys the outdoors and is an avid runner, skier and mountain climber.
