New System Features Convenient Access for Employment Info and Online Learning

CoolSys is in the process of replacing our current Human Capital Management System (Sage HCM) and Learning Management System (Litmos LMS) with Oracle HCM on February 21.
What does this mean for you?
- You will have easy access to your personal and employment details.
- If you need to make changes to your personal details, you will now be able to log in and directly make these changes yourself.
- You will now complete all online learning through Oracle Learn.
- All employees will access Oracle HCM using Microsoft 365/SSO.
Next steps:
- To ensure we can transition all historical learning data, we ask that you complete all open courses no later than January 31. If a course has not been started, it can wait until we go live in Oracle. If you have not been assigned to courses in Litmos yet, do not worry about this.
- On February 1, we will unassign all training, and any course not completed in Litmos will then be reassigned once we go live in Oracle Learn.
- We will continue to communicate with all employees.
- Employee system training will be assigned on February 21 for all employees to learn how to navigate the new system.
