Oracle Goes Live at CoolSys
We are less than one month into the new year, and we’ve already hit a major milestone — Oracle is now live at CoolSys! After months of preparation, planning and collaboration, the new human capital management (HCM) system launched on Monday, January 9. Replacing Sage, our previous system, Oracle provides a “single of source of truth” for people data, transactions, reporting and more.
Oracle is enabled for Microsoft Office 365/single-sign-on (SSO) and provides both employee self-service (ESS) and manager self-service (MSS). Workflow, onboarding and reporting can all be done in Oracle.
Update Your Personal Information
Have you changed your phone number or moved recently? Updating that information yourself in Oracle is a snap, and it ensures that we have your current personal information.
From the home page, select the My Information app. Next, click the My Personal Details card. Once you’re on this page, you can Edit personal information by selecting the pencil icon. Enter the necessary changes, select Submit and you’re done.
