If you have a work-related question, concern, idea or problem, there are several options to make sure your voice is heard:
- Your immediate supervisor. We encourage you to start here unless there is a reason you’d feel uncomfortable speaking with your supervisor.
- Another member of your management team. Our leaders are trained to be unbiased and discreet, and they know how to provide support and conduct the appropriate follow-up.
- Your HR representative. Our human resources team is always available to help you with any issues related to your employment at CoolSys.
- The CoolSys Ethics and Compliance Hotline. If for any reason, none of the other three options is appropriate for voicing your concern, the hotline is there for you.
