Recognation Goes All Out for Employee Recognition

It’s here: The CoolSys recognition program is live with Recognation! With this program, employees can send colleagues and co-workers e-cards to celebrate service anniversaries or birthdays, as well as thank-you cards for help or guidance on a project or to express appreciation for other acts of kindness. Managers can nominate team members for CoolSpot or quarterly SERVICE Value awards, and employees can accumulate points redeemable through Recognation’s broad network of vendors.
Getting Social on Recognation
It’s easy to get started with Recognation:
- Log on to https://coolsys.recognation.com/.
- Click on “forgot password” then enter your CoolSys email address.
- When you receive an email from Recognation (be sure to check if you have any “Held Messages” in your inbox), enter your email address again.
- Select a password — and you’re ready to go!
Once you’ve logged in, you can check out the main page, see colleagues’ upcoming birthdays and anniversaries, add them to your calendar or send a shout-out to a colleague on the home page’s Moments section.
You can also build your own profile page and post pictures of yourself, family, friends, pets, favorite places, even enter your interests and hobbies — just like any other social media site. (Please note: Employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times on this site. While the site is accessible only to CoolSys employees, personal posts should be appropriate for all audiences.)
