Reminder: Recognation Is the Place to Go for Employee Recognition

Have you created your account at Recognation yet? If not, what are you waiting for?
Recognation is the CoolSys employee recognition program. After you create your own account, you can send colleagues and co-workers e-cards to celebrate service anniversaries or birthdays, as well as thank-you cards for collaboration or for going the extra mile — or just to express appreciation for other acts of kindness. Managers can nominate team members for CoolSpot or quarterly Value Champion awards, and employees can accumulate points redeemable through Recognation’s broad network of vendors.
Fast, Simple and Fun
Getting started with Recognation is as simple as 1, 2, 3, 4:
- Log on to https://coolsys.recognation.com/.
- Click on “forgot password” then enter your CoolSys email address.
- When you receive an email from Recognation (be sure to check if you have any “Held Messages” in your inbox), enter your email address again.
- Select a password — and you’re ready to go!
After you’ve logged in, you can check out the main page, see colleagues’ upcoming birthdays and anniversaries, add them to your calendar or send a shout-out to a colleague on the home page’s Moments section.
Social Media Just for CoolSys
On Recognation, you can also build your own profile page, list your interests and hobbies and post pictures of yourself, family, friends, pets and favorite places, just like you can on Facebook or Instagram— only it’s exclusive to CoolSys employees. It’s a fun way to get to know your colleagues and coworkers, whether they’re across the hall or across the country!
Please note: Employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times on Recognation. While the site is accessible only to CoolSys employees, personal posts should be appropriate for all audiences.
