Safety at CoolSys Means More Than Just Injury Prevention
At CoolSys, we’re committed to ensuring that every employee is safe while you’re on the job. That includes not just physical safety but also protection from harassment, intimidation, bias and unlawful discrimination in your workplace. If you ever have a work-related question, concern, idea or problem, please consider speaking with your direct supervisor, another member of management or your HR contact.
However, if you have an issue you don’t feel comfortable reporting directly to someone at CoolSys, you can take advantage of one of your employee benefits: the CoolSys Ethics and Compliance Hotline. The hotline is confidential and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you feel you need to make an anonymous report, you can do so; no one at CoolSys will be able to identify you.
