Save on Your Work-Related Purchases at The Home Depot

We’re excited to announce the launch of Home Depot’s Pro Xtra Preferred pricing program for CoolSys. This is a great opportunity for you to manage your spending while saving money for our company. The more we work as a team to increase our savings, the better the opportunities for CoolSys to reinvest in us.
The preferred pricing program offers competitive pricing on items you purchase the most, including deep discounts in subcategories such as HVAC and electrical. The more you buy, the more we save. There is no minimum purchase or order size required to get preferred pricing, and the program is available in stores and online at HomeDepot.com.
How to activate and use your account online
- You will receive an invitation through your CoolSys email account to join the program. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a password.
- To log in, go to HomeDepot.com and click on “My account.”
- Enter your email address and password to access your Pro Xtra account then click “Sign In.”
- If you can’t access your account, click “Forgot your password?”
- Begin shopping as usual. You can look up items in the search bar or access commonly purchased items by clicking on the “Buy It Again” link in the upper right corner of the page.
How to activate and use your account through the mobile app
- Download the Home Depot app in the iOS or Android store.
- Open the app and tap “Account”.
- Enter your email and password to access the Pro Xtra account then click “Sign In.”
- If you can’t access your account, click “Reset password?”
- Begin shopping as usual. You can look up items in the search bar or click on the “Shop” icon in the menu bar at the bottom. You can also click on the “ProX” icon at the bottom to access tools such as Buy It Again and Lists.
How to get preferred pricing in stores
- If you’re using self-checkout, tap “Pro Xtra ID” on the checkout screen and enter the phone number 714-510-9500.
- You may also use the mobile app at any register. Sign in to the app, click on the “ProX” icon at the bottom center of your device’s screen then click on the orange Pro Xtra Virtual ID tab to get a bar code to scan.
