New Business Travel Programs, Discounts on Things You Use and More!

Announcing new travel programs:

Rental Cars

New and even lower rates with Enterprise and National Rental Car starting August 15, 2019.  The new program offers rates as low as $27/per day for economy rentals and $31/per day for midsize rentals. Insurance is automatically included in the program. Sign up for the National Emerald Club and you will be able to choose your favorite car from those available. You can earn reward points for free rentals.

Ride Share

To make your business rides easier and more rewarding than ever, we’re partnering with Lyft Business to offer you reliable, on-demand rides when you travel for work. You will receive a $10 credit just for enrolling in Lyft Business. You can earn rewards and receive a $5 Lyft credit for every five business rides that you take. You will need to create a Lyft business profile to join.

Supplies

CoolSys has a new program with Grainger. The program features discounted pricing on many items and a 6-percent rebate back on purchases. Grainger is providing a 13-percent discount on all Safety/PPE items

Office Supplies

We are launching a new discount program with Staples starting September 1, 2019. The program features not only large discounts on supplies, but also free shipping. The program is expected to offer 15- to 25-percent discount savings.

Copiers / Printers

CoolSys has partnered with Flexprint for sourcing new copiers and printers, as well as supply toner/parts and service for your existing printer fleet. Whether you are looking to refresh your document output equipment or extend the life of your existing assets, FlexPrint can be a resource to help you do both! Flexprint sells and services most major equipment brands including HP, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Toshiba, Sharp, Lexmark, Brother, and many more.

Equipment Rentals

United Rentals offers competitive rates to all CoolSys companies. You can sign up for United Rentals Total Control program that will allow you to track the use of equipment and receive notifications to return the equipment if there is no activity, allowing you to reduce the number of rental days and save costs.

And since we like to save money, here are a few reminders:

Fuel Type

Help control your cost of fuel when driving company vehicles by not purchasing premium or higher-octane fuels. Most of the vehicle in your fleet require regular fuel and by purchasing premium fuel, you are just spending more money. Check your vehicle’s owner manual to verify that your vehicle can run on regular fuel.

Lowest Fuel Pricing

Use a fuel app to locate the lowest cost fuel station. Service and Source employees can find lowest cost fuel stations on the ARI Driver app. Other apps are free, such as Gas Buddy or Fuel Saver. Pricing in a given area can vary by as much as $.30 per gallon, so use an app and save up.

 Company Vehicle Purchases

CoolSys has established a vehicle CAP agreement (Competitive Assistance Program) for 2020 with General Motors. Discounts across most of the Chevrolet and GMC model lineup, including $8,700 off the purchase of a Chevy Express Van and $7,000 off the purchase of a Chevy Silverado Regular Cab 4X2.
