Summer’s Heating Up With Big Rewards for CoolSys Technicians
Summer Heat brings Big Rewards for CoolSys Technicians with two special 2021 Summer Rewards programs:
2021 Summer Referral Program
Talented employees are the best source for other talented employees. You can help improve CoolSys service and quality by referring other skilled technicians you know in HVAC, refrigeration or related fields. And now for referrals from June 1,2021 through October 31, 2021, you can earn double rewards for your technician referrals from anywhere in the country:
- $5,000 after a Service Technician levels 3 to 7, an Installation Journeyman or a Foreman you’ve referred is hired then employed for at least 90 days.
- $2,500 after an Installation Apprentice 2 you’ve referred is hired then employed for at least 90 days.
- For every five successful referrals you make, you will earn the equivalent of a week’s vacation.
- The 10 field techs who refer the highest number of new hires will be issued a new company vehicle to drive while employed by a CoolSys company.

- Complete the form and submit it to HR@coolsys.com.
Between June 1 and August 1 of this year, 36 potential new employees were referred, which translates to $100,250 in referral awards to be paid directly to CoolSys employees after the completion of the employees’ first 90 days. 2021 Dog Days of Summer OT Bonus
We know technicians are working extra hard this summer. Thank you for the effort you’re putting in to serve our customers and the extra hours you’re working to keep up with demand. In recognition of this particularly challenging year, CoolSys has developed a 2021 Summer Overtime Bonus program.
Technicians who work an average of 50 hours or more per week between August 2, 2021, and October 3, 2021, will earn a week of special vacation pay. The extra week of vacation will be awarded in October and may be taken as time off or cashed out by the end of March 2022.
