The CoolSys Safety Hotline Is Here for You

No matter how careful you are, accidents and acts of crime sometimes happen. If one of these unfortunate incidents occur while you’re at work, it’s critical that you call the CoolSys Safety Hotline immediately at 844-772-7233, or if you have it using the Safety Hotline button on your phone.
When you reach the Safety Hotline, you’ll hear a prompt with three options. Press the option that corresponds to the service you need:
- Auto—Choose this option if you’ve been in an accident with your company vehicle or if it has been vandalized or stolen.
- Injury—If you have been injured on the job, please report it, even if you don’t feel you need medical attention. We’ll put you in contact with a registered nurse, who will assess your injury and take the appropriate next steps.
- Safety—If you have a question for the Safety Department or would like to report an unsafe condition, press 3. We monitor the hotline 24 hours a day.
The Safety Department is here to keep you safe on the job and assist you with any safety concerns you have, so please don’t hesitate to reach out whenever you need us.
