Training Update
Technical training is up and running. As most of you know, we are making training more accessible by utilizing the regional centers to conduct training classes. Source Midsouth has run three training classes, and California and Southeast training have just conducted their first classes. The Mountain region’s training classes are scheduled after summer in the new Training Center in Fullerton, CA. Thanks to Robert Dovzak, Carlos Lindo, Matt Nichols and Steve Starling for providing their knowledge to our technicians. We look forward to our other certified trainers conducting classes after summer.
We are excited for the thoughtful work being done to create our state-of-the-art training center in Fullerton, CA, where the Training Center shares the building with California Operations and the Orange County Branch. The training center will have three full classrooms and plenty of resources to comfortably teach three classes at the same time. There will be different areas of the training center built out to meet the needs of each training level, including a “Starbucks” store set up to look like the real thing to give techs an opportunity to work on equipment as if they were in a store.
