Value Coin Nominations Are Open

Has someone you work with gone above and beyond on the job? Do you know a fellow employee who truly embodies our CoolSys core values? The Value Coin nomination period for the second quarter of 2021 is officially open, so now is the time to recognize them for their hard work and strength of character!
Value Coins are awarded as a special commendation in one of six categories:
- Technical Expertise
- Excellence in Service
- Integrity
- Commitment to Add Value
- Attitude
- Safety Excellence
All CoolSys employees are eligible to be nominated, and anyone may nominate a fellow employee. Click here to see an overview of how the program works.
