Thanks for reading CoolTimes! Since our first issue in January, our e-zine has been a big success. We’ve received great feedback from employees and we are thrilled to have so many of you contributing articles. We’re happy to report that CoolTimes consistently outperforms other internal e-zines with an impressive open rate of 62 percent.

We’d like to give a special shout out to CoolSys Energy Solutions. For the May issue, their open rate was a whopping 80 percent.

We also added some new functionality to the CoolTimes website. You can now navigate through the articles for each month’s edition on the website, to prevent that pesky back and forth between email and web browser. It’s simple, once you click one of the links from the email at the bottom of the page or off the right hand side you can click on that months edition and it will take you to an overview page for that month where you can navigate through the articles. You can also access CoolTimes any day of the week at: www.coolsys.com/cooltimes

By looking at this information and adding this functionality, we aim to improve with each issue. This month, we are trying something a little different to see if we can boost those readership numbers, and we’re hoping that you’ll play along!
