From there, most people go on to trade school or technical college for six months to two years, getting a mix of classroom learning and hands-on training. This combo gives you the essential knowledge and practical skills you need for the job and CoolSys is proud to offer tuition reimbursement of up to $3K a year for qualified candidates.
