There Is Only One Constant… CHANGE
Happy New Year to the entire team! 2022 is our year to begin our journey to become the best CoolSys we can be, but it will require that we all embrace change.
In the last few months, I shared a reframe of our Mission, Vision, and Values to move us towards becoming a performance-driven culture. This will require us to become One Team and to strive to serve our customers with a level of excellence that we can be proud of. We must get back to basics and simplify the complexity that has crept into the company over the years. We must also focus on profitable growth and not try to be all things to all customers. All of this requires change. I know that change is not easy and that no one really likes change, but it is necessary to continuously improve and evolve as an organization.
I look forward to working with everyone in the entire organization to help us win in the marketplace. By working as One Team, we can achieve incredible things. However, it requires hard work, dedication and change to help us to take the company to the next level.
I’m excited about the future of CoolSys and about having our company come together as One Team to embrace CHANGE.
