CoolSys Acquires Georgia Air Solutions

BREA, Calif.–CoolSys™, the market-leading provider of sustainable refrigeration, HVAC, energy, and engineering solutions, has acquired Georgia Air Solutions, a provider of commercial refrigeration and HVAC services. Through this acquisition, CoolSys will reinforce its market density and diversify its customer base in Georgia.
