Former Executive Vice President of Human Resources Fills Expanded Company Role
BREA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CoolSys™, the parent of market-leading refrigeration and HVAC companies nationwide, announced today that Beth Goldstein has been promoted to the role of chief human resources officer (CHRO). Formerly serving as executive vice president, human resources, at CoolSys, Goldstein is responsible for the strategic leadership of all aspects of human resources for the company.

Goldstein brings more than 25 years of human capital experience to her role, having worked with a variety of private and public companies at all stages of their growth cycles. She has a demonstrated track record of developing strong organizational cultures and comprehensive leadership platforms. Prior to joining CoolSys, Goldstein founded her own consulting practice and previously was the senior vice president of human resources for Smile Brands, Inc. and the vice president of organizational development at Borders Books, Music and Café. Goldstein studied psychology at California State University and is a graduate of the University of Michigan Human Resources Executive Program. At present, she is a 2020 MBA candidate at Pepperdine University.
