CoolSys Acquires Tech Mechanical

Acquisition Broadens CoolSys Presence in Midwest Region and Strengthens Commercial Division

BREA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CoolSys™, a parent of market-leading refrigeration and HVAC services companies nationwide, has announced the acquisition of Tech Mechanical, a leading provider of commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration services serving Southeast Michigan. This acquisition will strengthen the CoolSys commercial division and expand its market presence into Michigan. Tech Mechanical is the first of two CoolSys acquisitions planned to close this week.
