Expanding Our Brand in the Mid-Atlantic
The addition of Lima Company to the CoolSys family expands our mission-critical offerings for our clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. Based in Philadelphia, the company’s broad service area includes eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey. With 47 years in business, Lima Company is a respected commercial and industrial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, building automation and energy services provider.

Augmenting Our Client Sustainability Solutions
Headquartered in the Dallas suburb of Frisco, Texas, 1GNITE provides solutions for transforming waste into opportunities and resources. Specifically, the company helps mid-sized and large corporations identify ways to increase efficiencies, maximize the value of their used assets or surplus inventory, minimize the cost of facility cleanouts and achieve their ESG (environmental, social and governance) goals.
With 1GNITE’s expertise, CoolSys will expand our sustainability solutions to include equipment decommissioning and recommissioning. “This latest acquisition reflects our commitment to expanding our environmentally conscious and cost-effective capabilities for our customers,” Rick says.
